Chituc Cătălin Law Office (Cabinet de avocat Chituc Cătălin) is an individual law office, founded in 2003 by Decision no. 2162 of the Bucharest Bar, and operates under Law no. 51/1995 on the organisation and exercise of the legal profession.

Its work is led by the principal lawyer, Cătălin-Ioan Chituc, a fully qualified lawyer (avocat definitiv) in the Bucharest Bar, admitted in 2000, entitled to plead before all courts and with more than 26 years of experience in criminal law.

The lawyer–client relationship rests on confidentiality, availability and direct communication. The lawyer is bound by professional secrecy under Law no. 51/1995.
